Um, oops. Maybe it was because I had been up and on my feet since 5:30 am. Or maybe because I did a little elliptical cardio first. I couldn’t finish either of the long runs. But I did run hard to finish the last minute of the second run. Here’s hoping for Thursday? Meh.
Breakfast was a fail. Lunch was a major JJ’s fail. Dinner was couscous and lentil chili with a little fage...

It’s interesting how grief works.
About two weeks ago I noticed that I was getting some hardcore heartburn, and I couldn’t figure out why. I’m eating better, I’m not abnormally unhappy, etc… I spent a lot of time thinking about what I could even be stressed about.
It’s always on my mind that dad passed away in December, and as the weather gets colder I think...
